Comments: Weight at 4.9 grams and brass metal alloy. Normal coin turn die alignment.
Obverse and reverse appear to be transfer dies with additional engraving. Date digits well match mint produced coinage. Stars 1 through 4 have abnormal shape while "QUAR. DOL." is obviously reengraved.
