Comments: Both pieces have same weight of 11.6 grams with appearance of white metal alloy. Normal coin turn die alignment and good edge reeding. On bottom piece, the edge reeding is interrupted at 8:00 with what appears to be two ends of a collar meeting with clear overlap producing no reeding. Also the bottom planchet has numerous stress fractures.
